Are you making sure (not trying to offend you, here) that your
colorspaces are the same? I mean, are you making sure that when you
export to JPG, they're not switching color modes (going Illy CMYK to PS
RGB)?
But really, the whole thing about red printing black sounds like it may
be a communication error between your app and your printer. I'd try
using another printer or printing on another computer to the same (?)
printer. Doing a test on another computer and/or printer might solve
the issue.
What kind of printer are you using? Meaning, what brand?
Also are you flattening the artwork yourself, or just using the default?
Again, not trying to be offensive here - I'm just don't know your
expertise with Illy and/or printing. We get pros in here who have been
using Illy for 15+ years, and we get people who are just now using the
technology - so please take my questions with a grain of salt! ; )
