When I output to TIFF format (black and white only) and print the file the
black doesn't print solid black. It kind of prints more of a spotty/hatched
look for the black fill. Anybody know why this happens and how to fix it?
I am using Illustrator 10 with W2K.

Thanks

Are you scaling the bilevel TIFF before printing? Is the TIFF output already
spotty?

You might put an example image on the web and post a link.
