Alternatively, you could always draw one...place it where it should be...add
a guide where the second should go...turn on smart guides...select the first
crop mark holding [option + shift] and drag it out to the second spot until
it snaps to the guide (this will copy the first crop mark over to your
guide)...with the second crop mark selected and in place use [Apple + D] to
step and repeat until all the marks are done for that side of the
page...repeat for height or width.
So Yes, there is step and repeat in AI.
