Post subject: Coloring eps files problem
Archived from groups: alt>graphics>illustrator (more info?)
I have imported a B&W eps file as symbol. I can not seem to get to change or
apply any colour to it. Using special effect from the symbol library seems
to be changing it but not manually as and how I like to by using by own
swatch.

Can anyone please give me some guidance here?

Use the colors, not the symbols.
