Hello Everyone,

I am having a bit of a situation. Right now I'm using Illustrator v.10.0 and
when I export the files to Tiff format, they open fine at work, but
sometimes when it gets to one the newspapers it appears with a black back
ground even though the file was set to have a transparent background or
white.

It's been happening for about a couple weeks. We thought we had fixed it but
now it's recurring. The file exports fine to other media houses most of the
time.

Please Advise.

Actually I'm on a windows platform. And the paper is on Mac.

The thing that confuses me, is that I have changed none of the settings in
Illustrator and the file sometimes goes down without a problem.
I reset the prefs and reloaded the program after a thourough wipe,
yet I'm still unsure of whether this will solve the problem.
