Anti-aliased images + Aliased text at the same time 4 webp..

I'm thinking of using Illustrator to as a layout tool for designing
webpages.

The problem is that I use specific fonts (tahoma, verdana)that look
awful when anti-aliased, but I have to keep it turned on in the
preferences so the images look OK.

Is there any way I can turn off anti-aliasing just for the text but
not for the rest of the design (logos, graphics etc.)? I know you can
in Photoshop.

Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Yes,use the rasterize effect on the text objects and turn off
antialiasing there.
