Hello Everyone...

I'd like to add AI 10 to my resume for a job I'm
trying to qualify for. I got a download, but can't
get past the s/n page while installing, is anyone
willing to help me...a message says I don't have
a valid s/n.

Thanks

Let see. You did not purchase a copy. You downloaded an illegal copy and
are asking in a newsgroup devoted to Illustrator. Why not call Adobe and
give them your number, address and name. I am sure they will take care of
you.

If you are serious about learning Adobe Illustrator, then you need to
BUY THE PRODUCT. The reason that the product is so good is that
people support the developers by PURCHASING it.

Once you have BOUGHT the product, you should check out
adobe.elemenentk.com. They have very affordable training modules that
should help you become acquainted with the software.

However, I must agree that you can't just "qualify" for Illustrator.
It takes a great deal of time and practice to learn to use this
software. Its very powerful... that's why its one of the best design
programs on the market.

I do understand everyone's angst completely, and I do apologize
for causing a ruckus. If there is any consolation, I will be purchasing
the program, and the reason I feel generally comfortable with it is
my proficiancy in PS7, I've heard the engines are simular. Once again
I did not mean to cause trouble...sorry.
