Hi everyone,

I'm trying to ad this new Symbol which I created to the Default Symbols so
that it comes on everytime I open Illustrator but I tried what the help
suggested and It only comes in when I open the Particular File in which it
was created. Can anyone be of any assistance?

Castagne,
Once you have set up the file the way you want it save it in the
Illustrator/plug-ins folder as either the Adobe Illustrator Startup_CMYK or
Adobe Illustrator Startup_RGB. These are the blank documents Illustrator
uses when it starts up. For Illustrator 7 it's Startup.ai in the
Illustrator/Plug-ins folder.

Hi,

I tried your solution, but it still only get the symbol when I open the
particular file.

Do I need to restart the computer after doing this??
